The Gable Room was the master bedroom of the original farmhouse built in 1890. It can sleep up to two guests. The ceiling is high, and the architecture is at interesting angles. It also has its own fully appointed private bath with a tub/shower combination and ceramic tile flooring. The vanity is built from repurposed wood from the farm’s summer kitchen. The room is accented by wood sideboards from the original farmhouse and wide plank pine flooring. The room overlooks the circular driveway and gives you a view onto the front lawn. The furniture is a combination of antiques and modern furniture, with a high shelf at the top of the room that is decorated seasonally and can be enjoyed while lying in bed watching TV or sitting at the bedside reading.
