General Policies

When planning a stay at Chapel Valley Estate, be sure to review the following policies. If you have any questions regarding our bed and breakfast accommodations or holding your event at the inn, please contact us. We look forward to hosting your visit at our country B&B near Pittsburgh in Western PA.

Deposit to reserve for whole-inn occupancy, special occasion events and holidays $125 to $750 (check, cash, or money order) depending on event to hold reservation, non- refundable.

A $500.00 security deposit is in effect for group gatherings. Refund will occur 5 days after check out.

Must be 21 years of age to make reservations.

A two-night minimum stay is required for the following holidays; New Year’s, Valentine’s, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. No cancellations. Full credit card charge of room cost upon cancellation or no-show.

A two-night stay is required for the week before and after July 4th.

We are not participants of the gift card program on bedandbreakfast.com

Check in time ~ 3:00 PM
Check out time ~ 11:00 AM

Due to housekeeping concerns, late check outs are subject to a $25-an-hour charge unless prior approval was granted.

Children’s Policy:

The Carriage House Suite is the only room available for child accommodations.

Cancellation Policy:

We are a small B&B whose policy is to never overbook rooms. When you make your reservation, your room is guaranteed. You can cancel with no problem prior to two weeks before your reservation. If you cancel within the two weeks, you will be charged for a day and receive a twelve month credit for that day. If you cancel the day of your reservation, or do not show, you will be charged a day without a credit. A deposit for multiple room reservations by the same party is required and is non-refundable.
